shipping
In stock orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 days via UPS Ground or USPS.
Shipping is calculated by quantity of pieces and begins at $10. Each additional piece is $2.
Insurance is included in shipping costs. Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipping.
Currently, I only offer shipping to the US; however, please reach out if you are interested in having something shipped internationally, and I will obtain a shipping quote.
In the case that you place a large order, you may be contacted to cover additional shipping costs.
local pick up
Local pick up is available for those who would like to pick up orders in person—just choose “AVL Pick Up” at checkout. Pick up will be at my studio in Asheville, NC.
Expect a follow up email with options and directions.
returns
Returns are determined on a case-by-case basis, but generally not issued unless there is a clear mistake on my end. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order if you are hoping to return an item. After 5 days I will not accept returns.
In the case that a return is issued, the buyer will cover the cost of shipping minus a 15% restocking fee. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased and in original packaging.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
