All pieces are food safe and can go in the microwave and dishwasher; however, I always recommend hand washing.

Pieces are oven safe, as long as they are warmed in the oven as it preheats. An extreme temperature change (e.g., refrigerator to oven) can shock a piece, resulting in a break.
